Tokyo, Japan, Dec 16, 2005 - (JCN Newswire) - Rytenzell KK announced today that the Company's shareholder and board of directors approved a name change to Phillip Financials KK. A new corporate logo is also being introduced simultaneously in Japan.

PhillipCapital acquired Rytenzell KK., located in Tokyo, Japan, in July 2005. Changing the company name to Phillip Financials will help to better consolidate PhillipCapital's operations in Japan and is in line with PhillipCapital's global corporate image and marketing strategy.
